Former actor Noor Bukhari has spoken candidly about her remarriage to former husband Aun Chaudhry and the challenges she has faced in life.
In an interview, Bukhari said she had never planned to remarry Chaudhry, describing their reunion as part of her destiny written by Allah. She said the two still had feelings for each other and eventually grew close again.
Bukhari said she also has a daughter with Chaudhry, who played an important role in bringing the couple closer. She added that when she decided to leave showbiz, Allah also placed the thought of reconciliation in Chaudhry’s heart. The couple now has four children and, according to Bukhari, are living a happy family life.
Reflecting on her past, Bukhari said she had experienced several ups and downs, including four divorces. She said these experiences taught her that Allah is always with a person and never leaves them alone.
“I do not look back at my past. I always focus on moving forward in life,” she said.
Discussing remarriage for mothers with daughters, Bukhari said Islam permits remarriage but suggested that women with daughters should be cautious about marrying into another family, arguing that a stepfather cannot replace a biological father. She said reconciliation or remarriage with a former husband could be a better option in such circumstances.
Her comments have drawn mixed reactions on social media, with some users praising her decision and saying she was now living her life according to Islamic principles.
