Bilawal Intensifies Consultations as Focus Grows on Sindh Government Performance

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari held separate meetings with senior party leaders and members of the Sindh government at Bilawal House, with discussions covering the political situation, parliamentary affairs and provincial governance.

Bilawal met PPP leader Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah, MNA Syed Naveed Qamar, Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon and Local Government Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah.

During his meeting with Khursheed Shah, the two discussed the prevailing political situation. Naveed Qamar and Bilawal exchanged views on parliamentary legislation and related matters.

Sharjeel Memon briefed the PPP chairman on progress on major public transport projects in Sindh, while Nasir Hussain Shah provided an update on the performance and affairs of the Local Government Department.

Bilawal also met PPP Sukkur leader Syed Zairak Shah, with discussions focusing on the political situation in Sukkur and Pano Aqil.

The meetings followed Bilawal’s return to Pakistan after a stay abroad. He has since resumed political engagements with party leaders, including meetings in Islamabad with PPP Punjab President and former prime minister Raja Pervez Ashraf and PPP Azad Jammu and Kashmir President Chaudhry Yasin.

The latest consultations covered party affairs, parliamentary matters and the performance of Sindh government departments, including public transport and local government services.
