“Iss umar mein yeh sab (doing this at this age)?“ asked one troll, while others weighed in on how the unborn baby deserved “younger, more energetic” parents while some prophesied that Khan wouldn’t live long enough to see her baby have babies.
Media coverage has been equally atrocious, with one featuring “medical specialists” who referred to Khan as an “old woman”.
