The victim’s brother told police that she was travelling in a car with her teenage sister when a man in his 30s riding a motorcycle intercepted them near the bypass and opened fire.
Both sisters sustained bullet wounds, causing the vehicle to lose control and collide with a dumper. The TikToker died at the scene, while her sister suffered critical injuries.
The deceased was taken to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital in Taxila, while the injured girl was shifted to Islamabad for further treatment.
According to police, the victim, a resident of Haripur, had been living in a private housing society. Her brother nominated two suspects in the FIR, alleging that a monetary dispute between the woman and the accused had led to the targeted attack.
Police registered a case against the nominated suspects and launched an investigation.
