The partnership is expected to make it easier for businesses in Pakistan to purchase Apple devices through formal and Pakistan Telecommunication Authority-approved channels.
Enterprise adoption of Apple products in Pakistan has faced challenges due to limited direct support, forcing some organisations to rely on informal markets and indirect sales channels.
Under the new arrangement, corporate customers will be able to purchase Apple devices in bulk rather than sourcing them individually through retail outlets. The formal supply channel is also expected to reduce costs, with businesses potentially saving up to Rs80,000 per handset compared with purchases through grey-market channels.
The partnership will also support centralised device enrolment and the implementation of security policies, features considered important for organisations handling sensitive corporate and banking data.
Local after-sales support will be provided through service centres in Islamabad and Lahore, with an additional facility planned for Karachi.
The companies said bringing Apple devices into the corporate technology portfolio would also support businesses developing artificial intelligence applications and digital workflows that increasingly require computing capabilities on mobile devices.
The partnership is aimed at establishing a more structured approach to corporate device procurement, security, management and after-sales services in Pakistan.
