Swiss hearing-aid maker Sonova has launched its third real-time AI-powered platform, aiming to strengthen its position in the market and support its medium-term growth targets.
The new Phonak EON platform features a smaller, lighter device and AI technology designed to improve speech clarity while reducing listening effort.
The platform will launch in the United States first, followed by Australia and major European markets in mid-September, before a wider global rollout.
Sonova expects strong demand from both existing customers replacing older devices and first-time users, with Asia-Pacific and Latin America identified as key growth markets.
