Saudi forces intercepted and destroyed an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) over the Makkah region on Tuesday, according to Maj. Gen. Turki Al-Maliki, spokesperson for the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen.
The interception followed a series of similar incidents a day earlier, when coalition forces destroyed a ballistic missile launched by Houthi militias towards Saudi Arabia’s southern region, along with two drones over the Riyadh region.
