Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has resumed its direct flight operations to China, marking an important development in strengthening air connectivity and travel links between the two countries.
The airline said the restoration of services reflected its commitment to re-establishing regular operations in the Chinese market and improving travel options for passengers.
Under the revised flight schedule, PIA will operate weekly flights between Islamabad and Beijing every Friday, offering travellers a direct connection between the capitals of Pakistan and China.
The airline also aims to provide competitive ticket prices while maintaining reliable and consistent services for passengers.
As part of its efforts to expand its connectivity across China, PIA has enhanced cooperation with three major Chinese airlines: Air China, Shenzhen Airlines and Hainan Airlines.
Through its partnership with Air China, passengers will have access to connecting flights from Beijing to several domestic destinations across China, using the city as a major aviation hub.
The resumption of direct flights is expected to facilitate travel between Pakistan and China while supporting tourism, business activities and people-to-people exchanges.
