Balochistan Has No ‘No-Go Areas’, Says Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti

Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti has said the provincial government has taken practical measures to ensure that no areas remain inaccessible in the province.

Addressing an open court during his visit to North Dera Bugti on Saturday, Bugti said resolving public complaints and providing essential facilities to citizens were among the government’s key priorities.

He said open courts had been established to enable people to raise their concerns directly with government representatives and ensure that relevant departments remained accountable for addressing public issues.

The chief minister instructed officials to respond to complaints promptly and ensure that citizens’ problems were resolved without unnecessary delays.

Highlighting the government’s focus on infrastructure and regional development, Bugti said efforts were underway to secure the release of federal funds for a proposed highway connecting Taunsa in Punjab with Balochistan.

He further said authorities had been directed to conduct a feasibility survey for a road linking the Chhapar National Highway with Kharar Buzdar.

According to the chief minister, the proposed road would provide Balochistan with an alternative connection to Punjab, improving regional connectivity and facilitating transportation between the two areas.
