Pakistan has reiterated its commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation with Türkiye in key areas and called for continued coordination between the relevant departments of both countries.
The two sides reviewed bilateral relations and exchanged views on the evolving regional situation. Progress under various institutional mechanisms aimed at expanding cooperation across multiple sectors was also discussed.
The Pakistani side stressed that dialogue and diplomacy remain essential for resolving regional disputes and promoting lasting peace, stability and prosperity.
Meanwhile, an inquiry committee has been constituted to investigate alleged irregularities in the apostille and document attestation system at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The three-member committee will examine the verification process, identify any possible misuse or irregularities, and review the role of courier services involved in document attestation.
