Islamabad airport introduces meet-and-greet service for passengers

Retired Lt Gen Mohammad Ali, Secretary Defence, inaugurated a new meet-and-greet service at Islamabad International Airport on Thursday.

The launch ceremony began with a ribbon-cutting at the designated Khushamdeed Premium Meet & Assist Service corridor, officially marking the start of the facility.

Guests were also given a tour of the service facilities, including dedicated corridors and waiting areas for passengers at both the international departure and arrival sections.

Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary Defence appreciated the efforts of the airport management and the service operator in introducing the facility.

He stressed the need for improved, seamless and passenger-focused services to enhance the overall travel experience at the airport.
